Newborn Sleep Support

  • 30-45 minute phone call before baby is born to discuss sleep environment, safe sleeping guidelines, registry, newborn products, what to expect, etc.  
  • Discuss soothing techniques, swaddling, white noise, etc. 
  • If baby is already born, the In-Take Form will be filled out and discussed over a 30-45 minute phone call. We will discuss sleep environment, feeding, weight gain, age appropriate wake times, safe sleeping guidelines, etc. 
  • Includes 4 follow up emails and 2, 30 minute, phone calls (must be scheduled in advance) to be used in the first 4 months after baby is born.

  • Customized Sleep Plan to guide and teach your child to self settle.  
  • Includes age appropriate routines for current and future ages. 
  • Good for ages 4 months- 4 years.
